THANK YOU! To all those who have generously donated shoes for Miss Spanish Fork! These shoes are going to be sent to Africa! I am pretty sure our school won the contest.....Can't wait to find out! Sierra Bonita students are sure going to enjoy watching Miss Spanish Fork and the city council get dunked!

There are several picutures of Veterans outside the office windows. These verterans have students who attend Sierra Bonita Elementary! We appreciate the sacrifices and all they do to make this country FREE!

Every Friday, "Praise Notes" are read during morning announcements. These students are called to the office and get thier picture taken. Students can earn a "Praise Note" by being caught doing kind things throughout the school and classrooms.

Sierra Bonita's student council and Mr. Loreen's 6th-grade class had the opportunity to present to the School Board. Ms. Cope and Mr. Peterson, student council leaders, described the roles and responsibilities of the student council and students showed some of the highlights of being a part of student council. Mr. Loreen's class entertained the audience with their performance of "The Old Lady Who Wasn't Afraid of Anything." A huge "thank you" to everyone involved!

Students enjoyed ending our Green Ribbon week by "Walking To School with the Wolverine!" He even managed to sign a few autographs!

Parents and Students….
November 11, is Veteran’s Day. In honor of our Veterans this week, we would like students/families from Sierra Bonita who have any family member(s) of the armed forces (past and present) to bring in a picture with a write-up of the person who is serving or has served (living or deceased) that we can display on the widows in our front entrance for others to read and see. This will give our students an opportunity to see, remember, and thank those who serve our country and protect us every day.
We got off to a late start this year but we have some exciting things planned for BOX TOP collection at the school. THIS WEEK Nov 7-11, 2016 is going to be our first official BOX TOP collection week. Here are our plans for collection week:
