We got off to a late start this year but we have some exciting things planned for BOX TOP collection at the school. THIS WEEK Nov 7-11, 2016 is going to be our first official BOX TOP collection week. Here are our plans for collection week:
1. Bring in your BOX TOPS each day to your class collection. Collect them from everyone you know, Grandmas and Grandpas, Aunties and Uncles and even your neighbours! They will be counted and we will keep track of which class has collected the most. On Monday Nov 14th the 2 classes (one in K-3 and one in 4-6) with the most will earn a special class prize. There will be a "thermometer" in front of the office to let everyone see the school's progress and the class leaders each day.
2. Each morning there will be a school BOX TOP hunt. A new BOX TOP will be hidden somewhere in the school each day. The students will pick up an entry at the table in front of the office before school (830am-bell) in the morning. Each day they will have to find the BOX TOP and write down where it was. If you missed the first day, don't worry you can still start any day this week. At the end of the week if they have found all of the BOX TOPS then they will get a small prize! Then they can go hunt for box tops at home!
