After School ROBOTICS Class!

Sierra Bonita Elementary will be offering an after school Robotics Class! Classes start on Monday, January 14th. Classes offered for 1st-3rd grade and 4th-6th grade. 

•9 week course,1 hour each week

•The last class is a 2 hour show case to which parents are invited

Cinderella Play Parent Meeting / Rehearsal

Hi Parents!

Just a friendly reminder..... tomorrow, Wednesday, January 2nd, from 3:30-4:30pm is the Parent Meeting and First Rehearsal for our Cinderella Play! The play fee of $20 is due as well. Parents please meet in the Bears Den.

As a reminder, school will dismiss at 12pm this Friday, December 21st. (Including AM Kindergarten). (No PM Kindergarten will be held this day). We will see you back on Wednesday, January 2nd!

Lost and Found

Our lost and found is overloaded with jackets, gloves and lunchboxes. These items will be donated to charity Friday, December 21st after school. Please have your child check the lost and found for any missing items. We have been able to return several items to students because their names are labeled. Thank you.

Sing Around the Tree

On December 17, 2018 we had our sing around the christmas tree.  The kindergartners sang “Rudolph the rednosed reindeer.” Second grade went and did a great job singing “It's beginning to look a lot like christmas.”  Third did amazing job singing “santa is on his way Fourth grade did fabulous singing santa got stuck in the chimney.” Fifth grade sang “confused santa” and did a great job. Sixth grade sang “hot cup of coco” and did amazing. Thank you parents for coming.

Praise Notes 11-2-2018

Every Friday, "Praise Notes" are read during morning announcements. These students are called to the office and get thier picture taken. Students can earn a "Praise Note" by being caught doing kind things throughout the school and classrooms.

Costa Vida Spirit Night - TONIGHT!

Hello Sierra Bonita parents, Tonight is our PTA Spirit Night at Costa Vida! They will donate 20% of sales made between 5 and 9 pm to our school. This is also valid through the drive through, just mention "Sierra Bonita Elementary" when ordering. Show the flyer your kids will be bringing home, pull it up on your phone (see attached), or simply mention you are there to support Sierra Bonita. We hope to see you there! Sierra Bonita PTA
