I was born in Payson Hospital, but my home was here in Spanish Fork. I graduated from SFHS. I went on to Dixie College for two years and graduated with my BS degree. There I met and married my husband, George. We lived there until March, then we moved to Blythe, California. We lived there a short time and then moved back to Spanish Fork. We had four children when we moved back to St. George. I had a little singing group down there, where most of my children''s choirs began. We lived there for eleven years and had two more children. We moved back to Spanish Fork, and had one more child. I went back to school and finished my degree with a truck driving husband and seven children to raise. I graduated from Weber State University and started my teaching career at Sage Creek Elementary in Springville. I moved over to Spanish Oaks, when it opened up, and taught there for 12 years. I also did eleven years of choir while there. I went on to be the music specialist for one year and a fourth grade teacher at Park View, for one, before coming to Sierra Bonita. I have, by the time you use this, 21 grandchildren, and almost five great-grandchildren. I love teaching and music. My family and the arts are the "things" that make me love life.  The children that I teach will always be a HUGE part of my life, long after I retire, because they are now.
"I thank my lucky starts" to be a part of this wonderful school!
