Dear Parents of Sierra Bonita Students,
Due to the upcoming funeral/internment of Sgt. Cory Wride, school will be dismissed at 12:00 noon this Wednesday, February 5th. The Spanish Fork Police Department has advised Nebo School District that Main Street and 300 South will be closed from 1:00 p.m. to approximately 3:30 p.m., and Spanish Fork City anticipates significant traffic delays and traffic congestion that would interfere with students leaving school at the regularly scheduled time. This early-out schedule is being implemented in order to avoid confusion and concerns associated with significant traffic issues. We recognize that this may be an inconvenience for some families, but we feel this is a small adjustment to make in order to accommodate the needs of many during this difficult time.
