Sierra Bonita's Costume Parade will be held tomorrow,  Friday, October 19th at 1:00pm. Students will walk around Sierra Park (next to the school).

On October 20, 2021 the fifth grade went on an awesome field trip to Camp Floyd. They learned about the Mormon Pioneers and how they fought in the Mormon Battalion. They did some activities and even learned how they made candles back then. They also learned about Brigham Young and how he led the army.

Sierra Bonita is supporting Tabitha's Way by collecting one of the items that will be included in their Thanksgiving Baskets.

Our item is: JELLO

We have a big black bin in front of the office that you can donate your JELLO items into.  

The LAST DAY to donate is FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 5th!

When you walk down the first grade hallway, you are greeted with some pretty creative artwork!  These amazing first graders made animals with leaves!! Check it out!

Our GAINS Instructor, Ms. Laura Brockbank, comes each morning to Sierra Bonita and plays the piano in our front foyer. She can play ANY song you ask her! This has been fun for students to start out their day with music! Students can even request a song of their choice and she will play it!

Congratulations Ms. Froerer's fourth grade class! Her class raised the most money for the PTA fundraiser. Their reward was to ride in the bus and go to the park for games and pizza!  Way to go!

Every Friday, "Praise Notes" are read during morning announcements. These students are called to the office and get their picture taken. Students can earn a "Praise Note" by being caught doing kind things throughout the school and classrooms.

Monday: "Stay Safe Online". Wear a HAT/CRAZY SOCKS day. Read and sign your safety week pledge. Return to your teacher for a treat!

Tuesday: "Crazy For Safety". CRAZY HAIR DAY. Wear your red ribbon or attach it to your backpack.
