Arbor Day Celebration at Railside Park

Submitted by tiffany.manwaring on

Students at Sierra Bonita celebrated Arbor Day by attending the dedication of "Railside Park" here in Spanish Fork. Our Show Choir performed a few songs during this dedication as well. All 3rd-5th Grade students were in attendance. Mrs. Bugg's fourth grade class performed a skit on the Importance of trees and other students recited poems about trees.

They closed the celebration by singing our school song and planting trees!

Thank you to the City of Spanish Fork for allowing us the opportunity to be part of this celebration!

Every Friday, "Praise Notes" are read during morning announcements. These students are called to the office and get their picture taken. Students can earn a "Praise Note" by being caught doing kind things throughout the school and classrooms.
