Hello wonderful parent supporters of take home reading!
This year has been a crazy one keeping books going out, quarantining and then back into rotation. I very much appreciate your patience and support. I am happy we are able to keep doing this so our cute students can continue with daily readers.
I do need to reach out and ask for your help to keep our books in as best shape as possible to make them last and avoid having to send book fines out. This year (and any year really) it is very important to have your student keep their books inside the Ziplock bag while in their backpacks. With having to have water bottles at school, when the books are not in the baggies the bottles seem to leak and we have had a very big increase in water damaged books. I have tried to "save" what I can but the amount coming in is increasing so I am asking for your help. If your kiddo needs another Ziplock bag tell them to ask their teacher- I have sent extras to them.
