Hello -
Are you looking for something fun for your child to do this summer? The Maple Mountain Ellevés are holding their annual Jr. Drill Clinic in July this year. Your child can have a fun experience dancing, all while supporting a good cause. Funds raised from Jr. Drill will help the Ellevés with competition costs and fees for their upcoming year.
The clinic will begin on Tuesday, July 18 at 10 a.m. in the MMHS Main Gym. Come keep your child active and engaged learning more about dance. They'll learn some drill down technique, a new routine, make new friends, and get to perform for friends and family on the last day. Sign up soon, but for sure by July 10 to ensure a t-shirt is ordered for your child. The cost is $35 per child. Fee increases to $40 after July 10. The clinic is for youth ages 3 - 15 and we do have a hip hop class for boys ages 5 - 10.
The clinic will be taught on the following dates:
July 18 - 10 a.m. - 11 a.m.
July 19 - 10 a.m. - 11 a.m.
July 20 - 10 a.m. - 11 a.m. (Routine Performance Showcase at 11 a.m.)
This year we have a great opportunity for our 8th and 9th grade dancers. There will be a Drill Prep class taught by UVU Dance Team member Oaklee Tingey. This will be a great way to prepare for any upcoming dance auditions, especially drill auditions.
We will also have a special appearance by "Willy the Wolverine", UVU's mascot, at the Routine Showcase on the last day of the clinic.
You can register your child by using the QR code on the attached flyer or click HERE.
We are looking forward to a fun clinic!
