We have great news for Spanish Fork! Utah State University is offering a free course for families in your area.
Beginning in January, Healthy Relationships Utah will be at the Spanish Fork library on Tuesdays (through February 22nd) from 6-8pm. We'll be teaching Smart Steps for Stepfamilies, an evidence-based curriculum covering topics such as family unity, building a strong couple relationship, healthy communication, parenting and co-parenting strategies, stress management, and so much more.
The course will also be offered virtually on Tuesdays from 9-11am. This no-cost, 7-week program has benefitted hundreds of families throughout Utah, and we're so excited to come to the wonderful community of Spanish Fork.
