Happy Birthday Jonathan!

Submitted by tiffany.manwaring on

Happy Birthday to our wonderful "tech guy", Jonathan! His wife was so sweet to go around to every one of his schools and drop off a balloon and treat for him! This meant we needed to put in a 'work order' to ensure he stopped by to pick it up. Jonathan is amazing at what he does and we sure do appreciate all that he does. Happy Birthday!

Every Friday, "Praise Notes" are read during morning announcements. These students are called to the office and get thier picture taken. Students can earn a "Praise Note" by being caught doing kind things throughout the school and classrooms.

Submitted by tiffany.manwaring on

Kendra McPherson had the honor of nominating Monica Rudd, a Special Education teacher at Sierra Bonita Elementary, for an award at this year's CCBD Conference focusing on Tough Kids. Kendra chose Monica because she believes she honestly cares about and loves our most difficult children in a way that no one else does. Below you will see the nomination for her and attached are the pictures from that day. Monica was so surprised by this award and has continually expressed her gratitude for it ever since that day. We just LOVE HER!
