Yearbook orders are due no later than Tuesday, May 11th. NO EXCEPTIONS. You may pay for a yearbook on the Parent Portal by logging in and going to "fees" > "My Account" > "Optional Payment" > "Yearbook".

Or, you may come to the office and pay by cash or check. They yearbook is $10.

We will only be ordering the exact amount this year and will not be having an extras to sell. So, please get your yearbook ordered if you would like your student to have one.

Congratulations to our yearbook cover winner, Anna Larson! She is a fifth grade student here at Sierra Bonita. Our theme this year is "Be A Light". We are so proud of Anna and the great work she did to create our yearbook cover! We had 87 entries total this year. We appreciate all those students who submitted entries.

Every Friday, "Praise Notes" are read during morning announcements. These students are called to the office and get thier picture taken. Students can earn a "Praise Note" by being caught doing kind things throughout the school and classrooms.

Happy National School Nurse Day!  Sierra Bonita celebrated Mrs. Tiffany Boston today! She does SO much for us as she wears many hats! She helps out in our Medical Fragile class, helps our diabetics as well as all the other needs that enter into her office (and let me tell you, she rarely gets a break!). She is priceless and we are so happy she gets a day to celebrate!! Thank you Mrs. Boston for all that you do!!!

Fifth year teacher in the 5th Grade.

In your opinion, what's the best part of teaching or working with the kids?

Connecting with the kids and making learning enjoyable with them. I love adjusting lesson plans to fit their unique personalities and watching them overcome challenges to find success.
