SEP / Student Led Conferences – Wednesday, March 19 

The Nebo School District is celebrating National School Breakfast Week March 3-7. The 2014 theme for this annuial event is "Take Time for School Breakfast". On Monday, Mayor Steve Leifson will join the students at Rees Elementary for breakfast and read the official proclamation to open the week's events. Throughout the week we have numerous activities including prize giveaways in the cafeterias and both a school and district-wide art contest. Students can enter their school's art contest for a small prize. The winner at each school will then be submitted to the district-wide contest.

Sierra Bonita would like to congratulate Rachel Sweat as this years Spelling Bee winner!! Rachel Sweat is in Mr. Andersen's 6th grade class. Her winning word was 'transcontinental'. Our second place winner is Hailey Smith from Mr. Loreen's 6th grade class. Our third place winner is Bailey Shuman from Mr. Peterson's 6th grade class! Congratulations to all our winners and all those who participated.

5th and 6th Grade students at Sierra Bonita enjoyed demonstrating their science fair projects today!

Kindergarten students at Sierra Bonita had fun with their "Kindy 500'. Our Kindergarten students were very creative with their cars and trucks! Check them out!
