Box Tops Week

The PTA will be collecting Box Tops from January 25th through February 1st. We are $773.20 away from reaching our $2000 goal for the school year. We can easily do it if each student brings 10-11 Box Tops.

For all those who are participating in "The Little Mermaid" school play, we have attached the rehearsal schedule for your convenience.

We are very excited to offer chess club and look forward to many great learning experiences and lots of fun!
Expectations: Basic understanding of chess rules, weekly attendance, great attitude!
Class Time: Fridays 8:00-8:45 am. Classes will begin February 5th and end March 11th.
No fees for the chess club.
This class will accommodate 30 participants and the available slots will be filled on a first come-first basis.
Students in Mrs. Graves third grade class sure know how to have fun during inside recess!!

Congratulations to our third grade student, Cash Clayson! He won 2nd place at the Elks Lodge Hoop Shoot! He competed in the 8-9 year old league.
Every Friday, "Praise Notes" are read during morning announcements. These students are called to the office and get thier picture taken. Students can earn a "Praise Note" by being caught doing kind things throughout the school and classrooms.
Kindergarten registration for Sierra Bonita Elementary will be held at Sierra Bonita on Wednesday, March 23rd from 7:30am-4:00pm. Please bring the following to register your Kindergarten student:
*Birth Certificate
*Immunizations
*3 Proof of residency - (i.e; Mortgage statement, rental agreement, city bill, power bill, cell phone bill, etc.)
