Praise Notes - March 22, 2023

Every Friday, "Praise Notes" are read during morning announcements. These students are called to the office and get their picture taken. Students can earn a "Praise Note" by being caught doing kind things throughout the school and classrooms.

When students at Sierra Bonita pass off levels with Mrs. Creamer, or levels of reading, math, etc. they come to the office and ring the Achievement Bell!  Any time a student has achieved something, they can come and ring the bell!

Congratulations to these students in Mrs. Creamers class for their recent achievements!

Bright Ideas Summer
Changing the World with our Bright Ideas

When: July 3-7 and 10-14, 2023 (except for July 4),

 8:00 a.m. to Noon

Where: Larsen Elementary School-Spanish Fork
Cost: $150 Per Child

Bright Ideas is for highly motivated elementary school-aged students, interested in learning new things. Open to all students entering kindergarten through those entering sixth grade this fall.

Parents of Kindergarten and 5th Grade,

Graduation Pictures will be taken TOMORROW, Friday, April 14th 2023. Picture packets have already been sent home. Everyone will have their picture taken, but only those that have paid for pictures will get them. No proofs will be sent home. I have attached a sample of the pictures packet for your information. If you have any questions, please feel free to call the office 801-798-4480. Or, you may call Eastman Adams Photography at 801-207-8240.

Pictures will be taken on the Stage in our gym. 

TERRIFIC KIDS 2023!

Congratulations to the following students for being recognized as our "Terrific Kids"! These students were selected by our school to receive a Kiwanis "Teriffic Kids" Award given by the Spanish Fork Kiwanis Club. Each year the Kiwanis Club recognizes outstanding 5th grade students from elementary schools in Spanish Fork and Salem for their contribution to the school and community. Their criteria for a Terrific Kid is one who is: Thoughtful, Enthusiastic, Respectful, Responsible, Inclusive, Friendly, Inquisitive, and Capable; hence, TERRIFIC.
