For today's Who's Who Wednesday, we would like to introduce you to Mrs. Ashley Nielsen
What is your job title and how long have you been working?
"Anything goes". Ok just kidding, Take Home Librarian, Student Supervision and Office help.
In your opinion, what's the best part of teaching or working with the kids?
Everyday someone is bound to make you laugh, and it's the little things like that, that make the day so fun.
What are some fun facts about you and your family?
Our family includes 5 people, 4 cats, 2 fish and a frog. Somedays I love the crazy chaos, and somedays I beg to be put on time out with a good book, snuggly blanket, carbs and caffeine! We are a goofy fun loving group (most the time!) We are Dis-nerds who love doing things like trips to Disneyland (open, open, open..), doing virtual behind the scenes watch parties, going to movies, making Disney inspired food at home, etc. I even share a birthday on November 18th with Mickey and Minnie Mouse!
Anything else you would like to add?
I worked in the medical field for about 15 years between nursing homes and home health with the geriatric community and then IHC hospitals on the pediatric and mom baby floor. Going back to work when my baby was in all day school I knew I wanted to be back working with kids. But the opportunity to work for the school district with the kids and the amazing schedule worked out perfectly for our family. I get to work with my mom, Mrs. JJ at Sierra Bonita and I love seeing my kiddos everyday too. This is the best job ever!
