Reflections is a great way for our children to express themselves through the arts! They can draw, paint, build legos, sculpt, write stories, write poems, dance, sing, play an instrument, act, film, take pictures, etc. Please encourage your children to enter! Reflections entries are due in one week! Friday, October 2nd is the school deadline. Reflections has never been easier! Everything is submitted online this year. For more information, please see the attached flier.
Nebo School District's free annual hearing screenings for ALL (both remote and in-person students) of Sierra Bonita's 1st, 3rd, & 5th graders will take place on the afternoon of Thursday October 1st. The screenings will begin at 12 pm noon and will take 3-5 minutes per child.
If for any reason your child does not pass this screening, he/she will need to be rescreened two weeks later.

Our In-Person SEP Conference is coming up THIS Thursday, September 24th. This will be with JUST PARENTS. To help limit the number of people in the building, please keep your children home. If you have a concern with the in-person conference, please contact your teacher to make those accommodations.
This year, our book fair will be online due to Covid-19. The online book fair will start on Tuesday, September 22nd - Monday, October 5th!. Mark your calendars now! More information will be coming next week on how to order and access online ordering.

Every Friday, "Praise Notes" are read during morning announcements. These students are called to the office and get thier picture taken. Students can earn a "Praise Note" by being caught doing kind things throughout the school and classrooms.
